How to do a Factory Visit?
You are very welcome to visit our factory in Karawang, Indonesia. We would like to invite you, especially if you are our first time wholesale buyer. You will need to check our charcoal quality, production process, meet our staff and discuss the packaging and stuffing for our first shipment together. Simply let us know the date and time of your arrival in Jakarta and we will pick you up at the airport. See you!

OEM
Customize Your Brand & Packaging with us!
We do OEM and produce wood charcoal under your brand & design. Send us your packaging design and we will ask our printing partner to print a sample for you. If you do have any special request for the packaging (special paper, kraft box or specific PP Woven Bag), contact us to recalculate the cost of printing. Our main focus and specialization are to produce best wood charcoal for BBQ, for wholesale and bulk buyers with specific quality.

We are shipping our Wood Charcoal from the port of Jakarta (Tanjung Priok) & South Sumatera.
We sell our wood charcoal on a FOB basis, we are happy to help you find and recommend a good shipping line. Wood charcoal usually takes around 21 - 27 days to fill in a 20” or 40” feet container.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payment should be made via TT (Telegraphic Transfer) bank transfer to our company account in Indonesia. We use Bank Negara Indonesia (swift : BNINIDJA). We do not accept L/C for the volume of fewer than 8 containers. Payment should be done in USD, free from issued bank charges.
Payment terms are 50% Down Payment. After receiving this payment, we will start the production of coconut briquette charcoal, printing all the boxes and finishing the packaging process. The remaining 50% payment has to be paid before we load the final product into the container.
After the product is shipped, we will prepare shipping documents : Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing list. It takes 3-5 days to prepare all the documents. Right after that, we send you a copy of B/L, and the original document via DHL or just a telex release.
